IDAM serves refined contemporary French cuisine with subtle Qatari influences under executive chef Fabrice Rosso, with many dishes finished tableside. It occupies the fifth floor of the I.M. Pei-designed Museum of Islamic Art, with sweeping views over Doha's bay and skyline. One Michelin star in the inaugural Michelin Guide Doha 2025, retained in 2026; as a museum venue it does not serve alcohol.
