Ratings
How the What’s Next Rating works
The What’s Next Rating comes only from structured numerical ratings submitted through What’s Next.
What’s Next Rating
Each submission rates five equally weighted categories from one to five stars: Value for money, Food & drinks, Service, Atmosphere, and Cleanliness & comfort.
The five values are averaged for each submission. Valid submissions are then averaged for the venue. The underlying values remain unrounded; public presentation is rounded to the nearest half-star.
A public What’s Next Rating is not shown until at least five valid ratings have been received. Invalidated ratings are excluded from the aggregate but their moderation history remains auditable.
Individual written reviews are not collected or published as part of this rating system.
External ratings
External ratings such as Google Rating are identified by source and shown separately. They are not combined with or used as hidden weighting in the What’s Next Rating.
Aggregate venue analytics
What’s Next counts venue engagement such as profile views, offer interactions, calls, directions and outbound link clicks in daily venue-level totals. These measurements support performance reporting; they do not prove that a click became a customer or sale and are not stored as per-user behavioural histories.
